Jamrozowa Polyana lies on the Lewiński Hills, in the valley between the peaks of Gajowa (700 m above sea level) and Jeleń (800 m above sea level). How to get to Jamrozowa Polyana?
Both Jamrozova Polyana and Duszniki lie in a well-connected place, which allows for trouble-free access from different directions. Nearby leads the national eight running from Kudowy-Zdrój and Lewin Kłodzki to the north, which is also part of the international road E67 connecting the Czech Republic and Latvia. However, about 1.5 km from Jamrozowa Polyana there is the Polish-Czech border.
What cross-country routes run through Jamrozowa Polana?
Due to how Yamrozova Polyana is located, the cross-country tracks that lead through it constitute a loop of 1300 m, 2300 m and 3300 m long. They are characterized by varying degrees of difficulty, but as befits an Olympic preparation centre, they are not necessarily the easiest. Moving them, skiers have to overcome many subgears, descents and sharp turns. Also worthy of recognition is the neighborhood, where Yamrozova Polyana itself is located. Duszniki-Zdrój are famous for their unique wealth. Already in the Orlické Mountains itself, in the vicinity of Zieleniec, there are more than 200 km of these!

After the snow melts, paved sections of roads become ideal for farming and ski farming. There are also miles of well-maintained cycling trails in the area. One of them is, for example, the Grove Loop which is part of the Glancensis Singletrack.
Moreover, through Jamrozowa Polana from Duszniki there is a black hiking trail running to Kozia Hall (743 m above sea level), where numerous Sudeten routes cross. From there you can reach Orlica (1084 m above sea level) and Šerlich (1025 m above sea level), among others. From Koziej Hall also close to the PTTK Hostel “Pod Muflonem” in the Bystrzycké Mountains and Čihalka shelter located in the Czech part of the Orlické Mountains.
