The Terms and Conditions define the subject of providing services, liability and rules of staying at the premises of Vital & Spa Resort Szarotka and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration card as well as by making conclusive actions, in particular by making a reservation and/or payment of an advance payment or the entire payment for the stay in the Facility. By performing the actions mentioned in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
§1
1. The room in the facility is rented per day.
2. The day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure
3. If the guest does not specify the time of stay by renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
4. Guest may make a request to extend the stay, beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the property will take into account the request for extension if the rooms are available.
5. Cleaning in the room is carried out every other day. In case of need to carry out additional cleaning, please inform the reception of the property.
6. In the room there is a welcome kit - water, tea, coffee. This kit is disposable and is not subject to replenishment.
§2
1. The basis for the guest's check-in is the presentation of an identity document with a photograph at the reception desk and signing the registration card.
2. The guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he paid the fee due for the stay has not expired.
3. Guests who do not check in can stay in the room from 07:00 until 22:00. After 22:00, there is an obligation to check in additional guests staying with guests in the room and pay a fee for them.
4. The facility may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the regulations causing damage to the property of the facility or guests, or damage to the person of guests, employees or other persons staying in the facility or otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the facility.
§3
1. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception as soon as possible, which will enable the facility to respond promptly.
2. The guest has the right to view the standard and conditions at the property before check-in.
3. Upon check-in, the guest accepts the standard and conditions at the property, without the possibility of a refund for the stay at the property.
4. The facility is obliged to fulfill:
- conditions of full and unrestrained rest of the Guest
- security of stay, including confidentiality of information about the Guest
- professional and courteous service,
- cleaning the room and performing the necessary repair of equipment during the absence of the Guest, in the event of his presence only if he gives his consent and wish
- technically efficient service, and in the event of faults that cannot be removed immediately, the object will make efforts to replace the room as far as possible or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience.
5. On request, the property provides the following services free of charge:
a) providing information related to stay and travel
b) wake-up
c) storage of luggage (the property may refuse to accept luggage for storage on dates other than the dates of the guest's stay and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage), unless this is objected to by mandatory law.
(d) the storage of money, securities and valuable objects, in particular valuables and objects of scientific or artistic value. An object may refuse to accept these items only if they threaten safety, or if they have too much value in relation to the size and standard of the facility, or if they take up too much space, unless strictly applicable law opposes this.
§4
1. The object shall be liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services within the scope specified in the provisions of Art. 846-852 of the Civil Code.
2. The injured party should notify the reception of the occurrence of damage immediately after its finding.
3. The object is liable for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value only if these items are placed for safekeeping at the reception desk.
4. The property reserves the right to refuse to accept items of high value to the hotel deposit, significant amounts of money, exceeding the possibility of keeping in the deposit of the facility
5. The property shall not be liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, objects left in it and live animals regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the parking lot, in front of the property or in the parking lot at “Hanka” or its surroundings.

1. The property is subject to silence from 22:00 until 07:00 the next day.
2. The behavior of guests and persons using the services of the facility should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other guests. The facility may refuse to further provide services to a person who violates this rule.

1. Children under 12 years of age should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians on the premises. Legal guardians shall be substantially liable for any damage to objects of equipment and technical devices resulting from the actions of children
2. The guest of Vital & Spa Resort Szarotka shall be fully liable in material for any damage or destruction of objects of equipment and technical equipment of the Facility arising out of the fault of him or persons visiting them or visitors to the latter.
4. In case of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Object may refuse to provide services to a person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Object, pay for existing benefits, to pay for possible damage and to leave the facility.
5. During their stay at Vital & Spa Resort Szarotka, children should be under the care of their parents/parents or adult guardians with whom they stay. Animators are not responsible for children left alone in the zone.
6. Children's participation in animations is voluntary and animations are not the time of individual care of animators for children. An animator is a person conducting classes for a group of children and is not responsible for providing care individually for the child.
§7
Items of personal use left by the departing Guest in the room will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense. In the absence of such a disposition, the facility will store these items for 3 months.
