Of course, we are talking about the Kłodzko Basin located picturesquely in the Central and Eastern Sudetes. Where to go on a bike to see in its entirety the beauty of this geographical land? We present some inspiring ideas.
Kłodzka Basin by bike
Amateurs of riding on two-wheelers are happy to choose a place, which is Kłodzka Kotlina. Bicycles can be seen in it very often, and the reasons for this do not need to be looked far. Tourists are attracted by the varied terrain, eye-catching landscapes and clean mountain air, conducive to physical activity. Also of great importance is the wide selection of available routes and the location itself. After all, the inhabitants of the entire Lower Silesia — Wrocław, Wałbrzych, Legnica, and Lubusz Region are close to the Kłodzko Basin. Just a moment of driving and entering a completely different world, especially when talking about areas for cycling.
Which way do the bike routes run? The Kłodzka Basin is surrounded from the north by the Bardzkie Mountains and Stołowe Mountains, on the west by the Orlickie and Bystrzyckie Mountains, from the east — the Bialskie Mountains, Złote Mountains and the Śnieżka Massif. The possibilities of visiting the picturesque surroundings from the perspective of a two-wheeler are therefore almost endless. A few days are not enough to pass all the routes, so many tourists visit the area at least once a year, each time delighting themselves with something new.
Where to go on a bike in the Kłodzko Valley?
Kłodzka Basin by bike is a real pleasure, because the choice of routes for beginners and advanced is really wide. Single Track Genesis and Family Bike Park are the most popular among amateurs, but there are also other interesting proposals aimed at getting to know the surrounding towns.

1. Singletrack Glacensis
Singletrack Genesis offers varied cycling routes. The Kłodzka Basin became famous for this place relatively recently, as it was established only in 2019. However, it immediately attracted a lot of fans, and all thanks to the huge coup with which the project was created. The investment consists of nearly 300 km of bicycle routes connecting in 27 loops. Each of them is a narrow, one-way path, leading through the forest, but here and here revealing charming mountain landscapes. Who can benefit from Singletrack Genesis? In fact, everyone, because the paths are designed for people of varying degrees of advancement. Both beginners and more advanced cyclists can handle them.
2. Family Bike Park
Kłodzka Valley is also great cycling routes for families. Of course, we are talking about the newly created Bike Park facility, located on the slopes of Nartorama and Gryglówka. It offers both children and adults 5 trails with a total length of approx. 9 km. The paths are designed for people just starting their adventure with mountain bike tourism, although there are several levels of difficulty. Cyclists take a line railway to the top of the mountain, which is a lot of ease for families with young children.
3. Other routes
Kłodzka Basin by bike can also be visited by other roads, leading between the charming towns of this geographical land. The most popular choice of tourists is the Kłodzko-Jashko-Krosnowice-Kłodzko loop, as well as the section in the Orlické Mountains. In turn, the best rated route is considered to be the fragment running through Bardo, Srebrna Góra, Bielawa and Świdnica. In total, 204 paths are waiting for cyclists in the Kłodzko Valley — it is worth crossing them all!

We already know that cycling routes and the Kłodzka Basin are an ideal combination. However, the question remains, where amateur weirs on two-wheelers can stay overnight.
